my snipe with rextor as i observe using rextor adjustable cdi, -stock pipe, stock engine ( full advanced the ignition timing at 4 degrees) i can reach my 3rd gear up to 120.. and every ignition the fan will turn on up to 4 to 5 seconds. (SO I CAN ALWAYS CHECK MY FAN if it is working HEHEHEHE)...
