    MY yamaha sniper runs slow?? why?? pls help

    why my sniper runs slow even my acceleration?? why?? i already change my clutch lining to kitti also with my clutch spring to kitti cluch spring, my clutch is not slipping but why runs to slow?? i also tuned it up with my carbs and also changed my spark plug to denso iridium IU24.. but still...
