    guys, you can also use hayate piston kits. they have same size of piston pin but need to shave the upper part of the piston cuz its a little bit taller than or stock piston. mtrt or sheng e cost 1.2k to 1.5 k

    your fuel consumption will get better once the piston has properly set or after you have break in the rings properly...where can you ride at 110 kph average here in manila?:rolleyes: just wondering?!

    the 1st video was the 62mm, the 2nd one was the 61mm cmr, which was a loose bore, that is why it makes makes the weird sound...i rebored it to 62mm using HIspeed piston kit for smash, some mods on the piston.

    for big bore kit always use coolant, only water for testing leak and not for long rides, coolant has a different boiling point thus giving better cooling power.

    the admin have answered all your question...good luck... had the same problem before..poorly installed head gasket is the no 1 culprit...check also for head and cylinder warpage..
