got the 62mm installed, still on its break in period , so far so good, less noise than before...i'll have the video posted by tom. acceleration is smooth, havent tried going over 80kph... btw, ...I decrease my main jet from 105 from 95...105 is to rich for my bike...air screw is almost open to the max, reason why i decrease it to 95...

the 1st video was the 62mm, the 2nd one was the 61mm cmr, which was a loose bore, that is why it makes makes the weird sound...i rebored it to 62mm using HIspeed piston kit for smash, some mods on the piston.

at first it was dome type,since it was originally intended for 2 valve engine (suzuki smash), I had reface by a machine shop to remove excess metal which may come in contact with the valves, bty i did not put valve pocket just a flat piston.

@ kit, my aunt bought the hi Speed piston from malaysia together with the rextor cdi...

I have the same problem.. i have the knocking sound in my bike which makes me very uncomfortable during long rides.. what should i do? need help.. i dont have aunt or any relatives in malaysia.. btw i'm using 61mm cmr bore kit.

yup same here,im using CMr 61mm steel bore...ive instal it last week,,,,,,,does it realy makes knocking sound?????,,,,,,hehehehehe ive put it on my mx,,,,,but the prblem is even on my stock bore in high speed it wobble,,,,

you might need a top overhaul, need to rebore your cylinder by .05 mm or 1mm, you need a new piston kit a 61. 5mm or 62 mm... and a good machine shop to rebore your cylinder block..just my opinion, i think the CMR kit are soft, specially the materials, try using forged piston kit, i'm sure you find one in malaysia.

guys, you can also use hayate piston kits. they have same size of piston pin but need to shave the upper part of the piston cuz its a little bit taller than or stock piston. mtrt or sheng e cost 1.2k to 1.5 k
