well.. share some basic : intake port diameter 80 - 83% of intake valve diameter exhaust port diameter 83% exhaust valve diameter (calc first equivalen size for the two valves into one valve) while porting : avoid sudden turns, think airflow as water, which don't like abrupt change in flow...

pilot stock, main jet around 180 - 190 (air cone filter installed) with big valve head

change that stock cam.. it's useless.. proper cam should easily boost the power up to 18 hp with ease, even with stock head.. clearance 0.10 IN - 0.15 EX if jerking main jet usually too small, if it goes unsmooth kinda like stuttering with brap brap sound then main jet is too large.. check spark...
