Ok, I deleted everything I wrote here because the issue has been resolved. In general I had a miscommunication with a local shop. So I'm dropping this. The person saw what I wrote and responded right away.

Umm, sorry but I can't understand all the posts not in English. Using unleaded and leaded fuel does not have much to do with having a catalytic converter. Of course leaded fuel will mess up a catalytic converter but it will also mess up your valves and how they seat. Back in the old days...
