Well, from what i have heard, the CBR isn't very fast. I read a story about the CBR, and they said that it's got a heavy chassie, and something else, but i can't remember what it was, but i do remember them saying that it's not as fast as people think. there is a big bore kit for the CBR to 174cc, but thats it, the rest of it is exhaust and cdi. for the money i would rather get the YZF125R and install a bigger bore. it would be faster. cause it's got the alloy fram and better looks.

dude, i doubt it! I have a friend riding a CBR 150r & guess what when we tried a gauge? From 1st to 3rd gear he wasn't able to pass ahead of me! But ofcourse, 4th gear & so on is another thing! At least my T135 will take the early race photos! :lol:Carol TT said:

its about 10 kg heavier and about 5 horsepower more powerful,has 6 gears,ours has 4....but at least our t135 is torquey...can level it in acceleration..hahaha...

Wah so many posts. Anyway what I do know is that the CBR top speed is around 140kmph lol (not redline yet, redline not sure but the meter is till 220kmph). The LC overtake the blade250 (duno y i read it in some forum that the owner claimed that he look stupid when the LC suddenly speed so fast overtook him).
Have you guys try this before ? Rev the throttle while pickuping your LC ? I'm not sure but when I do that, I can feel it surge the pickup faster.
Anyway for long distance, I think the Blade250 is a good bike coz you can maintain 120-140kmph (recommended speed
for a bigger cc bike) for a very very very long duration. You can't do that on a LC I think.
About what Sniper said, I read on a bike tester review, the power of the CBR only start to gain after the 3rd gear which explain why our LC is able to get an early faster start in a race (our second gear already can reach 80-85 STOCK~) but of coz like what he said, the 4th gear and above is another story.
Not sure about the CBR, most of the tester claimed that the CBR150r ain't that fast coz the tester used to ride on at least a 600cc CBR ! Haha..

tested CBR 150R top speed 145Kmh LC135 top speed 155Kmh standard done by bike shop in KL PJ 3 days ago hehehehehehehehe. 1/2/3 LC will go first but after that the CBR will come in, but the LC came back after that at the LC top speed. but if i use my bike now i will go all the way till gone hehehehehe and that is for sure
155kmph on stock ? Wah that is dangerous for such a small bike. :roll: Eh do u guys always ride so fast ? For me most of the time 100.. when crazy mood probably 120 but for a short time. Life is short kay, ride safe pls to all of u

hey guys, i got a question for any of you that has gone above 140klm, Kirana or anyone who has looked into the gear box, accully looked into it. not the stock parts catalog. check your third and fourth gear. are they the same tooth? 23t, the parts catalog states that they are the same. I'm just woundering if they are. cause thats the only reason my cousin can think of. that fourth gear isn't low enough to gain more speed. Is there a 21T or a 20T avail for fourth gear? anyone??
