sir which is better valve head, the 22/18 or 22/19?

been planning my engine mods now for 2010 and am scouting for better set-up.
am interested with the tuned vixion kit, big valve head, tk valves, tk spring and big carb hehehe

i still have one whole year to finish this project hahahaha

@thopiang : LoL.. thanks pap.. i'll send ur neon too on ur order..
if u plan to use 28 mm carb i recommend 22/19 setup although 22/18 is cool.. better use a TM28 if u like strong mid-high rpm (highway road) and PWK28 for short road and tight corners...

bro haen,ive some questions,1) can i use the stock t135 piston pin fo this vixion block?Cos i did it already..N til now its still ok, 2) my vixion block isnt shaved at the bottom,i just plug n play,is this ok?3)im using my stock carb,but change the mj to 107.5,n turn the af screw 2 turns,what do u think?So far so good for now,but what would happen in the long term..Please answer me bro n tnx..

1. if u ask whether u can use it or not, the answer is can.. but is it safe ? my answer is : not.. it got different length.. in effect, the circlip can't hold the pin tightly.. and there's possibility the pin would moving when the piston moves..

2. it's okay
3. just check the plug color.. if it's dark brownish / black ur main jet its too big.. in long term effect : fuel waste, lots of carbon in ur combustion chamber and piston, if the oil ring weak it'd contaminate ur oil..

thanx very mch 4 ur answers bro..So do u highly recommend that i change the piston pin to the vixion's too?Actually,the reason im using the stock 135 pin is bcos the shop where i bought the kit doesnt include the pin n they said i could use the stock one..Huh..

Cryo processed conrod bearing to increase its anti wear and tensile strength..



left side stock right side cryo processed.. not every cryo processed part had color change, piston, block, pin, cam changes how it sounds when ticked.. thicker sound.. signs of more solid part..

Usually cryo processed item got 2-3 times life time from stock
