would be nice to cryo treatment the block, piston, ring and pin to reduce wear and increase tensility.. so the bore would stay in round shape..

I have tried it but unfortunately it did not end well for me, i bought a yoshi block and have it refaced shaved 1 mm from the top,after my mechanic installed it, it sounded so good, it was sounded better that the stick bore, so on my way home,on route Macapagal , as i reach 80 kph , i heard a knocking sound coming from the head, after a day we removed the cyl head , there was a slight indention or rounded grove inside the cyl wall, i might have overrev the block during its break in period....to sad for me

now i am looking for a 61 mm or 60.5 mm, i'll post tom the picture of the block

piece of advice ....don't overrev it during break in, make sure your tire pressure is correct....dont make the same mistake i did...

so far so good I am enjoying my modified stock block at the momment.

Are you referring to aluminum head gasket or bronze? Im getting my head gasket from Malaysia and Thailand, at times I order it in Indo... Tons of supplies there... But I dont think you wanna spend that much for a single or 2 gasket? You can purchase one locally though but my best bet would be for you to PM docgabby a forumer here... They do have stock for head gasket the last time we talked but it was like, months ago...

I'm referring to the aluminum gasket, its hard to fabricate from stock, you have to grind, a it cost 400 each for a genuine yamaha aluminum gasket and if you also know someone selling a 61mm piston kit for sniper.

about 2 months now... 2months of abuse and still no signs of problems, abuse even without a FAN SUPPORTING cdi, he even travelled 250kms straight on this kit not a single problem found, he uses kitti xbox, but i dont recommend the xbox, yes its a CMR block from taiwan..

I usually buy stuff from abroad before but not recently... I have a friend that do some errands for me... If you want to buy 61mm, I think Haen should be able to help you and other forumers here as well... I cant refer you to my contact as they do not sell to public bro, sorry 'bout that... I can however buy the stuff for you but Im soooo busy that I dont even have time for my own bike bro...
