A Simple T135 Project Bike

Guys, this is not a time-rushed project, and we did what we can when we had time hehehe. So please be patient and let me share to all of you how we did our project bike, step by step.. with the end goal of having a 150cc plus engine and a bike that was intended to please the owner only (so please refrain from making bad comments if you may..hehehe). This project is not only about that swingarm but a moderate makeover to the bike too.. cheers!

The VICTIM...Stock Yamaha T135.

We wanted to install this Swing Arm to it..

Fabrication is on!..

Arm is swinging!.. Ready to roll.. Hope to get new shoes for this baby come next update!

Thanks bro yummy.. its a very tedious mod job actually, Luck was on our side as we found an excellent genius fabricator from Mindanao/Australia hehehe. He took extra care with the alignment and the swing arm linkage. Next step for this Swing Arm, slapping wider mags and tires and aftermarket mono shock. (he made the modification in 2 days flat)

He's worth every centavo or shall I say Australian dollars hahaha. Swing arm weighs the same as our stock swing arms.. plus 2 hehehe ( Thats why a stock engine would have a harder time pulling this one... )

Simplet T135 Project Bike

For now we are still in the swing arm stage... next thing planned is the custom pipe arrangement. Please be patient with us as time is not really on our side hehehe.. but here are some more pix during the Swing arm modification... Next week: Pipe...

For any modification project, Safety first. Have the fire extinguisher ready and use the right tools and eqpt..hehehehe.

Alignment is ensured and double checked...

One of the highlights of this mod is the fabrication of certain parts so the swing arm will fit the T135 chassis without making huge changes to the Diamond frame..And with this design.. we can use T135 monoshocks
