Another Experience In Lto

I went to LTO to renew my Non-Prof License and add restriction code (2)...
Before going to the LTO office/branch., I was aware there a lot of "Fixers" around the area, same with these insurance outlets that they offer "S.O.P" for you to surely pass the exam.
In the first place of course it is illegal. Second, for me it is pricey! it costs P500.
I refuse to accept the offer. Then I went the normal procedure, I took the exam & I finished it at 12 noon, and waited until 3 o'clock for the result of the exam. I got 29 out 40. the passing score is 30 up.
My point or concern here, is my score 29 did not have consideration, how about the examiners who payed or agreed with the SOP? for sure they passed.and it is possible that they got lower than my score 29. It is unfair for me...they don't have consideration on my score...but this LTO OFFICERS are accepting SOP (P500)...very dissappointing on my part who underwent the step-by-step process...

that's our government system bro, accept the fact that it is,
if you have enough money to shut their mouth's... give them,
if we undergo in the proper step by step process expect then will have like what you encountered.

me last year got my non-prof licence didn't undergo exams, only got to take picture and wait on releasing
just because i paid what the "fixers" offer. it cost me around 2,300k on my non-prof licence
only done medical exams and then take a picture then wait on releasing of my licence.

sometimes we need to go with the flow bro. our government system is existing with this kind
of illegal transactions,

not only you experience this, many of my friends got the same scenario with you bro,
when i know their story, i don't refuse to pay with fixers hehehe just to be sure that i can get my licence ;)

in my experience.. a friend of mine took the PRO license exam as sir @SJLUsniper my friend refuse to have a fixer to deal with everything and my friend told us that he knew in his self that he passed coz the exam is just a piece of a cake he says.. But unfortunately he totally failed the exam.. what I think is, that those who are refusing to have fixer is noted in office, so that for those who failed they will note other's to take fixer's.. and another thing that playing in my mind is that I think that everything is so connected.. Therefore when I am the one who will take the license exam I got a fixer to eliminate those failing exam's even though you passed.. and in my experience, Yes the exam is so easy.. it's like common sense na lang,( para naman makabawe-bawe ) I do burn-outs on thier bike several times when I am on the blind spot of the office and I did it very well:D... But for me it's not yet that satisfying coz I paid 3000.00 for the license, And it comes to my mind how about the other rider who just want to have a license to have a living.. this shitness should be stop..:mad:

It's a long way to go before this Illegal transaction will be ended.. it is so sad to think that our fellow Filipinos are so blinded by the money..

-just take another exam bro.... my sister did that before.... she failed 3 times... because she refuse to pay.... for the fourth time the personnel gave her the answer sheet with only one mistake....

what if you will take another exam?
also cant they give you back the exam paper results?
is it a written exam or practical driving exam?

it might cost you but at least you can say that you do the right thing.

In written exam boss job there they fail those who refuse to have fixers like my friend do, the total fee of license here in our place is For 2000.00 pesos while if you have fixer you will fine 3000.00 pesos,

In my friends experience as he refuse to have fixer as I mentioned my friend failed the exam due to lack of correct answer even though he knew in his self that he passed the exam, so what the LTO officer's do is that they told my friend to retake the exam but he there will be another 1000.00 pesos fine due to retake, I just dont remember If they showed my friend's written exam..

just do retake, copy your answer in separate paper or take a picture if allowed
so that you can compare it. P1000 for retake? i doubt bro... you can ask LTO 7 cebu facebook account how much charge for exam fee.
they usually answer question directly according to the law.

that's how they fine my friend boss job that's why when i am the one who will take a license I just take a fixer to lessen the hassle even though I knew in my self that I can pass it all without fixer..:(

they just show me the score sir. they did not show me the my "wrong answers"...
yes sir, i just tried the proper or legal way... but the result failed...

Just got my non-pro lisence last july. I went through the normal process without the help of an fixers, passed the written exam and got my lisence. actually the written exam is kinda easy to pass. I only paid around 1,1xx pesos. :D
but after the evaluation the evaluater asked me if I want some help with the written exam but I declined his offer and proceeded.

:angel:sjlu... look for maam vangie agbunag.. shes from nadsaag san juan l.u senior accounting officer III of lto reg.01. just a counter sign and poof a perfect score.. automatic restriction #1 2 3 8.. sometimes it is really good when you have a backer..

no need to report to xxx or what so ever tv shows..it takes time and many procedure before they will take an action on ur problem about fixers.. We can fix on our own.. When dealing money just picture the guy who receive ur money then report to the headline which indicate fix the fixers on our place sjlu..we can see that banner in our government offices.. It indicate the number to call.. Just picture it for assurance or evidence for the said fixer.
