i see.. sa panahon ngayon pera ang ngpapagalaw sa tao.. kng nakita nlang ordinaryong tao ung ngaapply.. butas ng karayom ang dadaanan.. kng may pila hntayin mong oras mo...kng kilalang tao nmn cla pa ang tatawag ng sir/maam syo at ung officer pa ang mgttawag pra d na pipila.. correct me if im wrong based on ur experience..

let's not make this officials or agencies whatsoever we call them to inure/accustom us everytime we go to there office... they have their monthly salary/emolument... not everybody can afford to pay that SOP or "bribe?!"
one more point is whether you belong to a rich/average/poor...where is the fairness and equality?? we should NOT always go with what they want or what they used to be... cause in the first place we know it's wrong/not right...

I have the same experience sir, i took the seminar/exam so I can get my license due to a traffic violation. I forgot my score on the written exam but I'm confident that I will pass because the questions are very practical and I have been driving for about 10 years. Upon submitting my paper the examiner told me that "Pag di ka umabot sa kalahati bagsak ka ha, babalik ka bukas at exam ulit". When the examiner check my paper he placed a template and just check and cross my paper but I noticed he doesn't allow me to peek on my test paper. He count my score and told me that I'm 2 points less than the passing score. I asked the examiner if I can see what items I missed but he refuses. He just told me "Pano ba yan bagsak ka,balik ka na lang ulit bukas exam ka ulit" "kung gusto mo naman bigay ka na lang singkwenta ok na to" I have no choice but to throw P50 on his drawer and left the room.

that's my point on my previous comments,
nothing can beat corruptions, in times like this..
if your on a hurry you can't refuse to say no to the officer.
in, fact it will cause too much time if we refuse

nobody is infavor.,or comfortable of corruption.some offers are cheap,some are expensive...how abt the less fortunates'? are they infavor or convinient of this SOP or "pampadulas"... giving bribe is ok for some who can afford,to make the process smooth and gives you assurance (hustle free)...but it does'nt help the majority (the less fortunates)...instead oppressed..

you save time, that's true that only the less fortunate suffers this corruption thing,
if we take our licence it will take about 3 years to be renewed? so we can prepare some cash (pampadulas) in 3 years hehehe
just joking sir's, i'm also against corruptions, but spending 1 day on LTO might be a confuse on my sked, so i'll go with the flow instead

I went to LTO to renew my Non-Prof License and add restriction code (2)...
Before going to the LTO office/branch., I was aware there a lot of "Fixers" around the area, same with these insurance outlets that they offer "S.O.P" for you to surely pass the exam.
In the first place of course it is illegal. Second, for me it is pricey! it costs P500.
I refuse to accept the offer. Then I went the normal procedure, I took the exam & I finished it at 12 noon, and waited until 3 o'clock for the result of the exam. I got 29 out 40. the passing score is 30 up.
My point or concern here, is my score 29 did not have consideration, how about the examiners who payed or agreed with the SOP? for sure they passed.and it is possible that they got lower than my score 29. It is unfair for me...they don't have consideration on my score...but this LTO OFFICERS are accepting SOP (P500)...very dissappointing on my part who underwent the step-by-step process...

there's no consideration on that part. you wanted to went a normal procedure and there it is, they give you normal procedure. you didn't pass, take again. that's the right thing. if there is consideration on your part, it will simply means that it is unfair as well cause you didn't pass on the other hand but you wanted some consideration.

yeah, you're right as well. the real problem in this matter is the LTO personnels. there is no problem about their office nor their law but the problems are in their personnel abusing those power for their own benefit and give us a problem who only wanted to have a license. for me, when some people say that LTO is currupt office i could say that it is wrong but for me, some or rather many LTO employees are currupt. pity for them.
