in my experience.. a friend of mine took the PRO license exam as sir @SJLUsniper my friend refuse to have a fixer to deal with everything and my friend told us that he knew in his self that he passed coz the exam is just a piece of a cake he says.. But unfortunately he totally failed the exam.. what I think is, that those who are refusing to have fixer is noted in office, so that for those who failed they will note other's to take fixer's.. and another thing that playing in my mind is that I think that everything is so connected.. Therefore when I am the one who will take the license exam I got a fixer to eliminate those failing exam's even though you passed.. and in my experience, Yes the exam is so easy.. it's like common sense na lang,( para naman makabawe-bawe ) I do burn-outs on thier bike several times when I am on the blind spot of the office and I did it very well... But for me it's not yet that satisfying coz I paid 3000.00 for the license, And it comes to my mind how about the other rider who just want to have a license to have a living.. this shitness should be stop..
