I'm not very familiar with the specs of the cams since it's not mine. I'm just selling this for a friend. All I know is it's a stage 1 cam made by precision and designed for daily use and long rides.

Sorry but he's not selling the valve springs alone. It goes with the cams.

No problem about shipping these to Bacolod.
