1: YAMAHA 150cc(57mm) DIASIL piston/block set RM500
{very good n use it with confidents couse it is ORY parts,but lest power then 58.5mm or 60mm piston/block
2: after market 60mm piston/block cast iron, thick piston set RM220
{very very good,is the best of all the 5 set of piston/block that i have use}
57mm/58mm/58.5mm normal cast iron bad piston! 58.5mm good piston. 57mm DIASIL original YAMAHA

just plug n play. dont ask me alot of question,all photo n info is in the forum.is just that NOBODY have this 60mm piston yet and all the modification has been done to the block to have our coollen and oil to flow
but if u want the normal 60mm without mod it is only RM170 but coolen will not flow nicely and oil can leak from the base of the block hehehehe. i have gone tru all this problem,so now is up to u all

kirana - you are famous for big blocks. Which block size are you using?
I wonder when changed to big block such 58.5mm or 60mm, the engine has more power but neglecting others as coolant system and gear box.
as it would be stress for other stock items

big block would give more power with suitable carb.. and more heat.. i'm only offering proven and safe upgrade using original parts.. dont forget block size is not everything.. a matching camshaft profile must be taken into account.. the key to 4 stroke engine beside block size is cam, valve angle, and volumetric efficiency..

Bro HAEN/KAMALEZ u guys a rite, and that is why i have change all the other items to and u have to modify the 60mm block to have a better coolen flow,no problem so far and i have done 435km 60% at top speed to KL and back to my house

hey why not buy a GPS to really check the accurate speed of your fully modded bike.
ive got gps bluetooth to be used in my PDA phone.
it measure the real speed via satellite plus it has you can track where did you go
and upload it in google earth, its kinda amazing

Traxxas:thanks for the comp, but there is others that has done more but they just keep low profile or secret. GPS hehehe no no no,just playing around and my WIFE will not track me,the speed is ok so far couse have tested with many bike that has done mody,i just want it to be fast but not the fastest bro, never go for racing couse all that has past 21 years ago. and all the test that is done for my bike is done by other young guy in my other local forum,i just go 160(normal) and some time to 180 and only one time 190 just for a short 30sec,dont want anything BAD happen to me and the bike.
i will send u the 60mm block one day to test it. and there is 63mm to, but i dont feel good with it so i dont give any coment to it,couse i have not try or test it my self, like the KNN air filter, we have test and use it,so we can tell to others how good it is.

ok, for you T135 owners.. dont hesitate to use vixion camshaft.. its 100% compatible.. feel the difference... of course.. the best is to pair this with vixion block...

i must say with the vixion block you do feel a big difference in accel.. it brought a tear to my eye because it gets me to my top speed faster then before .. and right now i cant wait to try out the super cam for the bike

im just wondering if the t135 efi will adjust itself to the amount of fuel
needed by vixion block.

@killa heheee, the boss is here...

if u want to speed up to the limit boss.. change the carb to PWK 28 after u set the programmable CDI later.. it would make u cry.. [schild=4 fontcolor=000000 shadowcolor=C0C0C0 shieldshadow=1]LoL[/schild]

@all : dont forget to change the piston pin, upper cyl gasket, because it's not the same with the stock T135 pin and gasket, also v-ixion camshaft assy for applying vixion block, or the improvement wont be optimal..
change the pilot jet to 22,5 to prevent lean mixture..
