Broken frame

Here is what hapened if someone modify their engine but not thinking about frame.Am powerfull engine need strength frame which could be done by reinforced on some point.i will post pic where to reinforce.so no worry using powerfull engine.

powerfull engine make higher vibe as it have higher rpm.not because unbalance.so strenght your frame.

electric starter is for daily use,on race it will remove.imagine the power engine can do even reduce by starter gear.right?
race doesnt mean only in circuit, street performance called street racing too.

Oh well. Whatever. :shock: :shock: I'm just a plain old fart. When I do race bike, I REALLY do prep it up like I do on any race bike. All out. Guess its just me.

Btw, the bike you're refering to is a race bike too??

Nah.. My bikes are slow. Lucky that race-bike Im currently building is using a custom-made frame.

it seems yamaha stock frame weld can not absorb the vibe well.BUt we should remember that this frame is design to be a moped,never design to race or competition.

We need to reinforce on smoe point and re welding to prevent broken frame like this,we have invent some weak point and strengthen it.

Building a frame it seems easy but the fact is not that easy,it need more that expertise.i dont recomended for somebody making his frame even using exotic material without special tools or expertise.
