Brt dualband on or off?

I encountered a problem with my brt dualband, when i am at high speed, sometimes around 95km/hr higher (boroot), is it with the cdi or on proper tuning?

Orange light = normal mode
tnx papz. So orange light= normal mode and no light= race mode when there is a switch. Then vice versa if the socket without switch is plug? Because when i examined it sir the orange light is on when there is no switch with a plug on socket without switch. Please enlighten me more sir.tnx. Papz ROWAN pls enlighten me too thanks a lot guys

Switch or plug, still works the same. If the plug is in, orange light on - normal. Take out the plug, no light - race. I put a switch on mine. Switch in "on" position(completing the circuit) the orange light is on. With the switch "off" (circuit open) no orange light. I installed the switch, then looked at the light on my BRT. Taking note when light was on and when light was off. I removed the words "on" and "off" from the switch and simply made a mark on the switch when it was in race mode. See Photo:

The mark on the left side is "race" mode. Easier than trying to remember "on" and "off". Hope this helps.

based on my research, my bike is going faster from stop to higher rpm when the lights off. but slow when it comes to top speed, so i just switch on the orange light and there it go, top speed increases, so, orange light is for top speed, no light is for pickup as the mapping is diferent

Sometimes I think I have figured it out and other times still scratching my head. My feels the opposite from yours. Light on - better mid; light off - better top end. I don't know anymore, I've given up on which is which. Bike runs good either way. :) Besides, trying to translate with Google from Indonesian is not exact and leaves more questions than answers.

Nevermind......... ali imran - your research is correct. Light on "is" race mode. I was totally confused. This is why I prefer light off for city driving. Better low-to-mid power. :)

Is it safe to switch on/off or vice versa while in motion? Or you need to stop/neutral MC first before switching? Please advise.... TIA! :)
