that is functional of cut oFF,even my car also have cut off and speed
limiter.if we remove cut off make sure we know how to change gear before redline (use our own ears coz there`s no rpm in our LC)if u stil wanna to use cdi racing change all valve retainers and springs to hi performence that made from high quality material such as titanium and haiyaa forgot la that kind of brass)...that how they do to motoGP too..hahah

Somebody should post a whole spec of what a MotoGP mechanic would do to the T135.
He'll chuck it near the garbage dump and concentrate on his ultra-trickedxzs-out-workxz-moto-gp bike. LOL. Cheers!~

mine have reach 33000 km+++ but still didn't do any valve clearance...

does anybody here know how to do the valve clearance??

plss tell me.... I can hear a little bit noise in my bike.... :(

my opinion is, its true that in the manual, we need to adjust valve clearance at 6K odo but it doesn't necessarily mean that your mc will perform leaner if you don't do it. as long as you keep your engine stock then i guess there'll be no problem. just do regular check up, then your mc is expected to perform very well and last longer.

I've open up my engine.... whoaa... so many carbon on the piston head... I check the valve clearance, but no need to adjust.... they're still in good condition... mmm... my odometer has just reached 35000 km...

mmm..... I.don't think we must adjust the valve clearance every 6k, or 9k km.... as long as we ride the bike smoothly... not to 'over rev' oftenly.... :D

i'm from Perlis... but I'm currently at Penang, working here. I always go back to my village during weekdays..

My bike sound a little bit quiet right now... :D

the yamaha recomended to do the vavle clearence at 6000km.we all need to do this because the vavle will move from the place where it stay.

this is important.when the vavle clearence is not been check, maybe the compression will lost or maybe the vavle it self or the tappet screw will broken(in malaysia call 'besi makan') because the clearence is to big.

sorry for my bad english.hope u all can understand.

I've got a question. Denso Iridium spark plug can it be used for stock machines without any mod done to the engine or it should a normal spark plug is okay to be used for stock machine. Please advice which type spark plug is most suitable for my LC.
