Exciter 135 4 stroke to 2 stroke Engine Conversion

Just want to share this modification by vietnamese guy named Khoa Minh
He modified his Exciter 135 4 stroke engine to 2 stroke!

This only makes T135 The best bike in the world where modifications are ENDLESS!!!
Kudos to you brother Khoa Minh from vietnam!


Original 4 stroke getting ready to converted

Here using acetylene and some aluminum inggits, they buildup new hole for the cylinder bore and the 2 stroke induction holes.

A new crankshaft is installed, I just dont know what crankshaft this bike came from

Machined the new aluminum buildups

Finished assembly of the crankcase

2 stroke piston is installed

Take note of the cylinder bore air fins, its almost covered for liquid cooled convertion

Installed the radiator and the cylinder Air fins are fully covered

Added water pump and DONE!

Vietnamese guys are so creative, that no one will dare to convert 4 stroke to 2 stroke.
Definitely 2 stroke has lots of power compared to 4 stroke.
