sir X, puede pa set-up ng 200cc pang daily and long rides hahaha

SEX-C boys salute you sir X hehehe
opo naman daily driver ko 208cc.
this is the straight pin crankshaft i used in my daily driver. its a plus 3 mm offset crank for a stroke of 64.7mm straight pin for more durability. i used a mio conrod plus 7mm same length as stock with pin 15 (plus 9mm mio conrod was not available, for a higher conrod length to stroke ratio). i used a cbr 150 piston 63.5 mm. my big valve head is 22in 19ex using raider valves. i changed my radiator to from that of honda dash for better cooling and bigger fan. cdi, cams, exhaust pipe are all non stock. i changed the tranny to wide ratio for touring. it i want to use it for drag i have to overhaul the engine and install a close ratio.

the only problem with some riders is that they like their underbone to run like big bikes. once a stock designed bike undergoes mods the reliability goes down especially if you keep pushing the bike to its limits. i like my set up for the torque and i dont push my daily driver like a scared cat. i love my ride and i have logged more than 9k on it. i use a wide ratio tranny mas maganda pang touring.

sir ano ang example ng wide ratio tranny, anong brand?tia
wide ratio is defined as having a low speed first gear and high speed 2nd to fourth while close ratio is having a high speed first gear with low speed 2nd to fourth. the wide ratio i used is gear 1 and gear 4 are stock, while gear 2 is 17/28, gear 3 is 22/stock. the wide ratio will give you a short gear 1 for better climbing torque then a long gear 2, gear 3, and gear 4. i bought my gears individually. i think lhk sells individual gears. its tempting to go for the whole set but if you wish to have better choices go for the individuals pieces if given a choice. touring tranny is not the same as street tranny. touring you like speeds to pick up, the longer the roads the better to for the speed to pick up.

ok. if you would notice sa stock tranny there seems to be a drop or lag from 3rd to fourth, that's why to bring fourth closer to third some use a bigger rear sprocket. the use of changing the stock gear 4 from 22 to 21that it will bring fourth gear closer to third. it closes the gap therefore rpm wont just drop from third to fourth. personally that change would make for a better street tranny ( quick overtaking with quick twist of the throttle esp when in 2nd to third to 4th gear). the bike will be quicker not necessarily faster. the stock fourth gear is more of a overdrive for long highway speeds.
