i think this is the best way for both side not only for seller for buyer too, para alam natin ang buong pangalan ng pag dedeposituhan,para hawak mo namn ang deposit slip, pag di pinadala you can see him in court, estapa po ang kaso nyan he he he other way around hawak nmn ng seller ang resibo ng lbc proof na ipinadala nya ang item,
