- Complain: No spare parts available, THE mechanic do not have enough knowledge of the T135 and all NEW designed bikes. I am willing also to learn, and i also want to a part of your racing team.

Yea Bros,, i supported this kind of move... although i only encountered probs here in Rizal Prov is the availability of Spare Parts, it took several days before i get the parts i needed for my snify, ..

so many complaints and negative reactions for the t135 the bike is good but the real problem is the after market sales either the mechanics are too lazy or noknowledge whatsoever on how to tune the t135 mga brod mahiya naman kayo :x :x

I'm sorry i don't have a T135 but i have X1.

complaint: At Yamaha 3s in meycuayan bulacan, the mechanic there the younger one seems to be in a hurry always to fix my mc, he didn't even give me the right A/F mixture in which the next morning when I started my mc, i have to kickstart it for many times then goes the white smoke. :twisted:
when I ordered some parts for my carb and headlight before the 2008 year ends, the guy told me to come back a week after to get my order, so i came back 2 weeks after expecting that long span of time that my orders are already there but when I checked at the shop the guy forgot it! so i have to rewrite again my order in there logbook??? but the guy text me 1 week after that my order is already at the shop. Now he recognize me when i ask him for some parts available. maybe just a wakening call.

tune up

bad expirience at yamaha 3s mc arthur hway meycauayan, may odo reading was 7500kms it was my first tune up.
when the mechanic opens the cylinder head to adjust the valve clearance he only use his bare hands.
when i ask him to use the feeler gauge to get the exact valve clearance, he said hes an expert on that and he doesnt need the help of any tools,when i ask him again why he did not cleaned the carb?he said its not yet dirty.
he charge me with 200 pesos and when i drive home i notice the poor performance of my bike.
all i can ask is why yamaha philippines hired this kind of lazy mechanics?
i hope my experienced serves as a warning to all. ived brought my bike at yamaha malinta and the service there is good my bike is faster again :)

  • The common feedbacks of sniper owners are
  • The mechanics are lazy, They are not doing the required maintenance servicing towards our motorcycle properly. They (mechanics) reasoned out that it requires a big task in opening the fairings, Thus Service Maintenance Schedules is not followed.
  • Some mechanics are NOT well trained in handling these highend moped bikes.
  • 3S Shops dont have proper equipment, some equipments are not working.
  • No maintenance parts and spare parts available
  • No Specialty Tools available fitted for sniper like valve spring remover, crankshaft puller,etc..

- Sending a memo to all 3S mechanics nationwide about this matter.
- Provide spare parts and fast ordering.
- To assign a person that will create and organize an event and tap all yamaha clubs nationwide, this will bring "Strong Yamaha Brand"

Me too. I was also complaining about the attitude of Norkis yamaha mechic's. eventhough that my sniper is under warranty they were demanding for pay.
