front shocks oil

can anyone of you can help me about my front forks (shocks) i just dont know and our local mechanic also the norkis yamaha shop mechanics dont have any idea of the volume or ml of fork oil should we put on our front forks, left and right, for smoother ride in bumps, thank you,,

gaano po b ka dami or ilang "ml" ang dapat ilagay sa front telescopic shocks ng sniper? please hep me, thanks.

same lang po kahit anong brand ng front shock housing. din naman kasi nagbabago ang size ng inner fork tube.

i have a problem with my front shocks everytime i hit a humps or road with a hole my shocks is not jumping up and down its so stiff i already change the tube that goes in the telescopic and still the same? do u think i should change the scope and put the stock telescopic help[ pls
