Headlight Low Beam Issues

Good day to all!

Hope you can help me with my dilemma.. yesterday, the low beam on my x1r headlights went off. high beam still functions nomally. I checked d bulbs & d sockets, & dey wer OK. I ran d engine again, & I noticed that my right headlight bulb gave off a very faint glow from its coil, & d left one gave nothing. I didn't smell anything burnt from d sockets or the hi-lo switch. What could be d problem? Thanks for all possible suggestions.

have you tried removing the bulb and connecting it directly to the battery?
from there you can test its high beam and low beam by connecting directly to the battery

You can also check your hi/lo switch, its contact might be already loosed and replace it with a new one.

try to check also the bulb socket if its contact is stil in good condition. (HI/LOW contacts).
