Headlight Problem Please Help..

Calling our beloved sniper electrical experts to please help me on my headlight problem. My headlight always busted every night i used,its been 3 days since it was started i've noticed before its busted that the light was so bright including on panel board then 2 or 3 secs it was off then totally busted..pls help what is the problem that causing my headlight busted..thank you very much in advance

The fuse is still intact,not busted.

Check your regulator/rectifier...

Is your cdi stock? Or racing cdi already?

Sometimes it is the manner on how to install
Never touch the bulb by bare hands use towel to hold the bulb try it once it is effective and use only original bulb try to use osram

might check your voltage @ high RPM sir, i think 14.4V to 14.7V max over 5k rpm.... kong lalagpas nyan busted talaga mga bulbs mo unless if your headlight bulb voltage rating is high enough to sustain 14.7V pataas. Then it might the regulator/rectifier not working
