As I work in hospital, supervising nurses in ER, ICU, and Operating theater.
I truly come to appreciate my head (though it's hard hehe)
Some head injury may even cost USD 5,000, and still followed by some physical and mental discrepancies (cant ride bike anymore).

Probably there was an ammendment to the law exampting Muslims from wearing helmets.

Actually it more for the Sikh not Muslim. If not mistaken the Sikh/Singh don't cut their hair for religious reason. So can't ask them take off the serban and wear helmet.
