Help sa brake ng Yamaha rearset!!

Ayaw bumalik once na inapakan ko na ung pedal. kelangan pa sungkitin uli para bumalik

paps disk brake o drum brake? if drum brake try putting some spring dun sa may apakan may lagayan dun diba? naencounter ko na kasi yan so far after i put on some spring ok naman ala na problem,...

Drum brake sir. kaso hindi ko alam kung wat kind of spring ilalagay ko.. yamaha rearset ko sir..

kung ung pang x1-r na rearset may kasama cia na spring right? ing 1 dulo pabilog the other e tuwid,...un ung gagamitin mo,... bukas upload ko ung pix kukuhanan ko ung sa tropa,... hehehe hirap mag explain eh,..

I hope this will help...The problem is with your pedal arm as you can see below pointed by the yellow arrow. Remeber that rear set are not as steel as they seem to be and due to the force exerted on the pedal, the pedal arms accepts all the force which makes them sometimes a bit dislocated or create a curve on the arm. You have to check that the pedal is not touching any metal on its way down that can cause the stuck up.. Make sure that the pedal arm is fully straight, if not, make a way to straighten it up... Ride safe

Also check this... Make sure their not touching any metal that causes friction on its way down.

Sir straight naman po un brake lever eh. may spacer naman po kaya hindi din po nadikit sa ibang part.

lagyan mo ng spring sa push rod sa dulo sa my brake arm/lever ng drum o check mo yung brake pad mo sa loob ng hub baka bali na spring or my sumasabit kaya d maitulak pabalik yung rod na nakakonekta sa brake pedal mo.

+1 Spring..^^ or check mo din yung sa may break arm baka naipasok mo nag husto sa thread kaya yung spring mo useless..

baka maghipit ng husto ung pagkaka hapit nyo dun sa footpeg kaya yung yung peg mismo dumikit ng husto sa bearing lagyan nyo ng washer sa pagitan ng bearing at foot peg malambot kasi yun peg pag hinapit mo ng husto dumidikit dun sa pinakang bulitas ng bearing kaya di makaplay ng ayos yung lever

pafs katulad kami prob ni TS, naka x1-r rs din ako kaya lang wala kasama spring nun buy ako. ahhm nilagyan ko na sya spring kaso nalaglag saka matigas apakan, now wala sya spring kaya hindi sya bumabalik kaya kelangan mo pa sungkitin tulad nun kay TS.. pafs pa -post naman yun sinasabi mong break spring na pang x1-r para maka buy din ako hirap neto pag nahiram ng tropa baka maupod break kasi nga di sya nabalik.. salamat po

+1 sa spring. sa manila malapit sa raon meron dun tindahan ng lahat ng klaseng spring sizes, element etc. dun ako bumili nung sa akin. stainless binili ko para iwas kalawang.

That happens to me before. after a monthe of using my rearset, my rearbreak suddenly keep stuckings up specially if I do sudden breaks so i need to full it back... I'm not the one who fixed it. My brother fixed it for me. I'll ask him when I got home if where is the problem... Try the spring idea first.
