hi sniperph

yes i do, my bike does have HID installed and i recommend
to install HID for safety purposes.

HID that fits to our bike uses H3 type of bulb,
most HID for motorcycle is H3 type of bulb.

have you bought HID already?

no it wont melt your lens.

in fact HID is a lot cooler than halogen.
more brightness but more cooler, isn't that amazing? :)

just be sure that HID has ballast,
because you might buy a bulb that "HID look"
and not real HID.

HID will cost around usd$50 and above.

this is what HID will look like

note H3 type of HID will fit with our T135.
however H3 will only have low beam.
there is no high beam.

but the brightness of the HID is enough to cover the road.

HID is unlike conventional bulb right?
If I'm not mistaken it works just like high intensity fluorescent light which not burning wire but kind of jumping the electron as it brighter but cooler, and coz he he priced higher.
I like it, will see if i can afford one. :)

HID is better coz its much brighter than regular bulbs BUT when its raining, you can't see the road as if you have no lights and all you can see is the rain.

Correct me if I'm wrong....

Bro, im using HID since birth of my T135. Parts that will be installed & replaced are the ff:

1. New rectifier & replace the old one.
2. New 8000k bulb & replace the old one.
3. New ballast
4. New relay

*Connection is a little bit complicated if u are not familiar with the wirings, have it installed by an electrician.
*Bulb is not fitted to the bulb guide of the headlight assy so u nid to make some modifications for better fittings.
*Yup! low beam only but can cover the entire 2 lane esp w/ the T135, We got the best headlight design ever!

Hope this will help u in a little way! :)

You're definitely right but, maybe some are using 10,000-12,000 kelvin (blue lights) and its not suitable for fog, rain & thick dust. Just use the 8,000 kelvin (white & yellow) for better view! :)

depends on the Color Temperature (K) you bought.
if you buy 8000K hid, then you cant see in rain
because its bluish.

but if you buy 3000K to 6000K , then its perfect for any weather.

i suggest to get 5000K for color temperature.
also get the H3 type of bulb because its PERFECTLY fit to T135, no more modification or glueing to the lens.
its plug and play for the bulb.

for the wiring,
download the service manual.
its easy to install as long as you know what is positive and what is negative.

i think i made some pics when i installed HID to my bike.

Pls correct me if im wrong, mine is 8000k raybrig & the color are white & yellow but exceeding 8000k thats blue in color already & won't be perfect for any weather.

I went to baguio (the highest place in the phils) w/ 20 feet fog covering the road & u bet i crossed w/o any hesitation at all. As if the sun is rising in front of my T135! 8)

snipeattack,

really 8000k white yellow in color?
do you have the picture of the box of the raybrig?

are you sure thats real HID because as i know raybrig brands
are only "hid xenon look" but not real HID.
meaning its still halogen type.

real HID have ballast and its bulb dont have filament
as seen in the pics i posted.

i might be wrong with raybrigs bro

thanks

The new version of T135 in Vietnam has the headlight using H2S bulb that can be replace by H4 Bulb, so that we can choose H4 HID which have 1 HID xenon for high beam and plus 1 small halogen bulb for low beam.
The pic of it :

And the installation just look like that.Hope that you will understand
