bro chi d2 sa cagayan ma iimplement kaya yan? ka.c d2 wala prob sa open pipe noh? sana pati nadin sa HID mag welga ulit tau sa LTO cdo para d nila e implement wakoko.....

this will be implented nationwide.. im using a 6k HID bulb. i will just use my 3K bulb from jchris..hehehe

primary advantage ng yellow yung maliwanag siya kahit maulan at foggy ang panahon. tumatagos kasi ang ilaw nya.

sana nga hindi matuloy yung pagbabawal ng hid na mataas ang kelvin.

kawawa naman yung mga nag-install nito pag nagkataon.

sir wingman kami kasi nag push or should i say nag head dati sa AO, we did represent the entire city, during the AO even the lights were discussed, if im not mistaken, they said it was 6k kelvin ang limit, so 6k and below will be legal, pero they dont have a device to measure kelvin, mahal daw kc, meron daw sa main office ng LTO pero tatlo lang, un ang sinabi ng LTO head dito dati... hehehehe

s registro ng papel ntin 2 lng lalabas n color jan its either with color (blue, red, black) or NOT INDICATED. pag alang color n nka indicate swerte mo ndi mo n need magpachange color..

same LTO problem sa tambutso. wala din silang device to measure the decibel level of the mufflers.

nasa discretion ng apprehending officer kung maingay o hindi ang tambutso mo.

pag natuloy itong ruling sa hid, magiging tool na naman ito for their mulcting activities.
