hindi bawal yung clear or transparent plate cover.

bawal yung mga cover na tinted, smoked at blackened

ok, according the the Barangay office here in A.C. only colored or tinted license plate covers ore not allowed. as long as you can see the plate clearly it is suppose to be ok. hahaha we will see.

well you know, officers are above the law. they don't have to follow it HAHAHA!!! thats something we need to capture on camra and take it to the Mayors office, because reporting it to police doesn't work. I know I have tried. I have complained about non offical use of gov. motor vehicles being used for personal use, littering by mayors office members, violations by men in uniform. but no results. I don't have the connections to get tothe mayor personnaly

yes agree ako dito about sa horn bakit bawal ang loud horn?pero ang horn ng bus hindi bawal..kahit naman ordinary na headlight ay nakakasilaw kung mali ang placement nito..

I think when they say loud horn they mean any type of AIR Horn . if it's a standard car horn that should be fine. The air horn's can be very loud. I'm not against loud horns. but the meaning of loud horns being used by the Gov..

Possible solution...Use Projector type to cover up the HID....ha ha ha

yes right dapat naka projector ka pag naka HID para mukhang OEM.almost lahat ng HID na OEM naka projector. nagsimula na sila manghuli ng mga mutor na naka HID...normal ng hinuhuli nila mga UB at scooter lang pag bigbike no problem!
