How to make an? Front engine cover

Yeah rite..!
The man who designed it try to give alternatives in cooling the engine, not only relying the mechanical system. But, also by natural flow. Just llike an old one, I think.
But, change it littl bit wont matter. For the sake of beauty :)

It doesnt matter at all. It's just an under cover, its like underwear! The main factor is the grill, don't cover that area up or your bike won't get the air it needs. The rear of the front wheel area is not of importance, just cover it up so that mud and shit don't bother the bike, thats all.

Actually that hole is not created. They just left it uncover ha ha. :)
But since it's just right under the engine, then it gives an opportunity to the engine having more airflow from aerodynamic effect.
Then it will be OK if we just cover some for the sake of fashion, but preserve the airflow as much as possible.. :)

i dunno but its got a radiator so cooling issues can be neglected...

or maybe just additionall cooling for the exhaust pipe..specially when raining and gets wet from water splashes from the tire!hehehehe

Coz radiator itself needs good airflow to have effective cooling.
up to certain degree of temperature, the engine just relies on normal airflow.
But when it comes to high speed and climbing up the hill, the fan and massive airflow should do the work.
We may cover it but not with material which will totally block the air flow. Just let it have a nice grill then.

Send me $60 and I'll send you a Yamaha genuine blue, black and white or red and black racing jacket wiht double front locks, insides the zipper and outsides the buttons, just like biker boyz have only this is Yamaha :) Sorry ain't got a pic to show, been wanting to buy one myself but ain't got the G's to purchase one at da moment :(
