theres no need, its still ok with vixion camshaft and vixion bore without base gasket

yes timing chain will lossen, thats why you need a manual timing tensioner

hows the result for 0.9mm shave off on the vixion block... do you have better response on the twist of the throttle..

well its superb to my riding style... my clubmate using this technique on a stacc block 54mm with stiffer valve spring and racing cdi and stiffer clutch spring.. the owner body weighs not more than 60 kg... he like it too bro. were using this technique in sniper mx model.. its applicable too in sniper classic and automatic.and forgot. we used SPS brand manual tensioner for MIO motorcycle.(it fits to our MC)... it cost around 600 pesos.

thanks bro @suiluj .. so the stock tensioner has to be change to a manual tensioner due to the 1mm shave on the cylinder.. do we need to retard the ignition timing or is there anything else should we prepared for before squishing...
