bro .. matanung ko lng .. drum brake type b ung mags n to ? at nid pa conversion to make it rear disk break ?hi guys.. i recently purchased an 08 yamaha sniper HC(1st gen) completely stock.. iv'e been checking this forum regularly and also Motomalaya and since i have already purchased bike, it's time to sign up and be active..
i bought the bike for 50k all stock odo is 30k++ 2 weeks ago. i did not go with Sniper MX because with 95k, i can do better.(i think)
first to modify engine near to 170cc composed of Faito, BRT, Keihin, AHM and LHK components..
recently bought RacingBoy SP522 rims and Chiken Stop pads for better handling more braking control since this is going to be my Touring bike
post ko nlang yung ibang pictures ng bike after ng paint(currently it's in Sparkling Blue).. yung pyesa nlang muna.. cheers

yes paps.. drum brake po.. need pa i~convert.. wala po disc ready available. The size available only in 1.85 front and 2.50 rear.
gamit ko para rear brake is Chicken Stop pads pang mio. plug n play lang 35% grip over stock.
order ko lang po to sa isang shop dito sa cebu.. pero lam ko available to sa Cyclone sa caloocan
actually binenta ko na to paps sa isang forumer dito.. too wide for my taste(for me lang po) switched to RB SP811 1.6F and 1.85R. classic kase and timeless design

forgot to update this thread..
i have already chosen color for sniper
will go for this 2009 135LC malaysian cup look because more simple the better
here are updated pics. sorry only use camphone.. \will take better pics once i borrow nice cam
this color taken from 2010 Subaru Impreza blue
this shot get only first coat so not yet of good quality.. it always rain here so painter decide not to finish yet
so i have time to picture other stuff.. sharing some mods
bike look like this now so have time to clean..
BTW already sold racing boy SP522 and replaced it with SP811.
i see all malaysian and Inside racing bike have this type of rims..
please excuse "pickle" he does not want to shooo shoooo...

DIY tail lights with foldable plate holder
plate holder installed on chassis because will not put any FE.. mostly copying Cubprix looks and IR looks but still maintain street legal hehe..
