wow, 300cc sniper! it must be very fast, fast enough to kill you! Might blow the engine because of over power... also drinks a lot of fuel. recommended only for rich modders.

yahh it's true.. but lots of change on the cyl head.. no more liquid cooling on the cyl block... but cyl head still using liquid cooling...

ok.. pardon my bad english.. in short the 300 cc cyl volume came from :

1. bore x stroke : 71 mm x 76 mm (stroke increased from 58,7) using Yamaha Scorpio piston with special made piston boss pin (scorpio's piston pin diameter is 16 mm while stock T135 is 14 mm)
2. Liner taken from a diesel engine, engine block liner hole was enlarged up to 76 mm
3. Increase in stroke was made possible by moving the crank pin and welded by electric torch.
4. Connecting rod was taken from Honda CB100 K5 because the big end diameter is the same as stock T135 crankshaft.
5. The rest is to make a lower cyl adaptor from aluminium with 15 mm thickness to compensate the stroke increase, and 0,5 mm head gasket.
6. Engine valve was taken from Raider 150 with 22 mm inlet valve and 19 mm exhaust valve.
7. Carb using Mikuni TM32, with 45/150 pilot and main jet size.

No detail about the timing chain.

I think someone here already said that this kind of upgrade was impossible, well, i think this proves it.

Those who dare to try this may contact Oliver at +62811188132, they said they made a commercial kit for these setup.

nicely done haen, if ever this upgrade kit available in the market, the cost would surely be like buying a new t135 engine or more. hehe

this mod is purely for racing purposes only. they don't even tell us the negative side of this mod. they are just saying the good thing. -speed.

I'm sure they had proved s'thing then.
T135 always intimidate people to do crazy engine mods.
I bet no one of us dare to give ourself a try on that stuff :) :)

But I am sad now.
Sold my bike. :( :(

If ever I'm going to mod my bike like this, I won't even try to race it on small time and illegal races. Better bring it to the race tracks and feed some guys with dust! I bet i'll be riding home with a hot chick and lots of cash. hehehe

stroker

Actually I'm very skeptical about the stroke of this bike.. If he were to use a con rod with the same big end pin size as a T135, the crank circle will get incredibly big.

So big that he'll have to lathe all (if not most) of the crank scrapper off. It'll be detrimental to bike perf to have the crank dipping in oil with he does that.

Secondly, with a 76mm stroke crank, he can only rev it to a max of 7- 7500 rpm safely. Any higher, sure blow up. Else F1 engineers can go learn from him. ha.

Thirdly, the con rod will definitely be too short. Cos he's only using a 15mm base gasket. That says that the con rod is at most only 100- 110mm long. Too damn short for a 76mm stroke. The load on the cylinder wall will be too great.

The list can go on.. Not flaming nor doubting him. But won't work well IMHO.

Feel free to debate all.
