KAWAHARA CAMSHAFT satisfaction

I'm using stage-1 kawahara camshaft. I changed my sprockets into 15-40. It's not working for me. I can hardly hit 130kph. My brother test drived it and it only reaches 122kph on the 4th gear. I'll be putting back my 14-45. It works the best for me. I can easily hit 130-135kph. Kawahara the best. No need for a valve pocket.

sir what brand of camshaft did u use? and valve spring? ur cdi still stock sir? tia

I used KAWAHARA camshaft stage 1 and YAMAHA GENIUNE valve spring. I ordered them all to traxxas. I used a REXTOR cdi. You won't regret it. As I test drived it, I told my folks to go find some RIDER150 and kick its ass. Believe me.

There's only a little tictac sound due to the increase height of the camshaft and as I noticed the muffler sound changed deeper like an additional horse power added. Like your scooter gains more power

thanks brothers. but if against the wind, its only 130-135kph. i forgot to mention protect coil. I,m racing with an honda accord the latest one when I reached 145kph. But i cant overtake it. Im only at his back. Damn honda accord is fast.
