hello to all T135 comunity.. aim from malaysia and in new and so noob here..
after a month a collect data for Modification .. and go to workshop and do the modi part.. so here my spec Modification :

big bore 60mm/head 22/18 valve
Rspring valve
Rcamshaft
original mikuni 31mm ( from Yamaha TZM carb )
andiron cdi xp 301 stage2 06 power /coil andiron cmc5a
std modi exhaust

now iam finished runing in my bike and time to look the result of my Modification..
1. the rpm is improve .. i can go to 12.5k rpm in 3rd gear..(can go to 14k in dyno )
2.my pickup is improve too.. i can up my bike using 3rd gear..
3.top speed can go 180 to 185km ( yamaha RXZ meter ) using 15/38 sproket 415 DID chain
but i still had a problems that my workshop cant fix it is about 4gear death or lost power..when i change from 3rd gear to 4gear it drop like hell and take so much time to go ..even i can go 180km but i feel my machine can go more far then that and i had lower comperssion..using that big bore part i can start my bike like stock bike..lol..when i ride some road hill ..my bike suddenly drop ..look like stock bike is better then mine..but when street road its like i had v-tec on it..
so i got some question and i really need some adviser from community here..
1. how can i make 4 gear continue from 3rd gear.. mean 4 gear not drop ..is that good for me to remove decompression assy to make high compressor?and any idea how to make high compression
2.its that of my stock gear box ratio?did i have to change the T gear box like 21T gear for 4 gear?i got friend that working at gear box factory..he can make costerm made gear for me.. so any one got the good ratio gear so i can give to him..
3.i want to upgrade my camshaft..my camshaft now look not good at my bike.i use cms product.it high lift cam.any one know the good camshaft like degree cam and lift cam for my bike?or i should use lo-camshaft?any info for that lo-camshaft?
4.i use my bike go to work (daily use ). is that ok for me to make small modification at my stroke?like use big pin?long rod? any idea what should i do for it?

for the gear box bro, go back to the stock 3rd gear, but change the 4th gear to a 21. that should help. also, what size tires are you useing? make sure you have the right sprocket settings for the size tires your running on.

for eg; stock tires on my bike was: 70/90 F, and 80/90 R. i was able to run 120 klm stock speedo here. i changed to 90/80 F and 100/80 R and my top speed went down to 110klm stock speedo. I changed my sprockets and chain to 16f 41r and a 428H did chain ( heavy ya i know But durable) my speed went back up to 120klm. still stock gear box and engine and cdi.

ok? so try to gear change again. it sounds like you have done alot of work and maybe just the two setting or gear and sprocket is maybe slowing you down.

Change to 21T for your 4th gear, that will resolve your issue

iam using FDR tires MP27 ( both f,r is 90/80 )(2.6 or 2.7 kg ) and std T135 sport rim.. hemm i will change to 21T for 4th gear... any know what product is the best for this gear??
should i remove decompression ayys for high compressor? if i did..that thing have problems at my bike??

is not about speed bro.. its about the art of the modi man..i give him rmXXXX then my bike become turtle?? of coz i want the speed like i give to him RMXXXX!!! .. its enuf for me if my bike can ride to my offices about 46km in 30minute...
btw i remove the decompression ..feel like something is increase..idk what but sound good..any nothing sound come out like tik tik tik..
iam still w8 for good brand 21T 4 gear ... b4 i open my crankcase box so any one know which one brand is good??

DEGREE : 285-280
LIFT : 6.5
LSA DEGREE :???

Well bro kid, to have higher compression u have 2 ways to do it. 1, by milling bottom surface of cylinder. 2, by removing decompression assy. Please be sure that your engine could stand max limit press. before blow/begin to leak.

For the camshaft, im not so sure..but if i be u, i might stay with stock/modify stock/restrengthen stock camshaft..until the i could find the most suit with T135.

kid bro try to change your sprocket from your stock to 15tfront or small one and 42t at the big one,and by the way whats your tyre size?if 80x80 front and 100x80 at the back its good combination to your bike.i hope it helps you.if you still you dont satisfy to your speed.maybe its about time to change your bike to r1 hehehe joke

since money is not a problem i suggest to change it to genuine yoshimura 135lc exhaust .

i already had R! bro.. with HR1 exhasut..planing to buy power commander next but i need to finish my T135 1st coz my R1 is for weekend ride ..and if i use 42T sprocket it gonna be rev coz i ride at highway dude

in malaysia stock exhaust is popular to modified and using after market exhaust we got problems with the cops ^^..cops dont like the sound poomm poomm hehehe.. btw the yoshi full system exhaust cant install at modi bike coz it will crash ur engine.i got lot member buy this exhasut for modi bike ..look like its lame dude..if u want use it..u need modi the exhasut.. and use the slip on yoshi..if full system.. u need new engine uhuhuh

the dealer yoshimura in malaysia and some workshop that play in drag race or track race not recommended to use yoshimura exhaust for mod engine bcoz it will be crack ur block and ur piston.. valve too idk y ... they said full system only for std bike not for mod bike.they show me the damage for md bike that using the yoshimura exhaust ..it suck trust me

i dont use that yoshi bro.. bro azmi from GC told me that..he the one who brought the yoshi in malaysia iam also asking from maju moto workshop about the exhaust ..they said if u want to use it at ur mod machine u need to mod the pipeping 1st.i dont buy that stupido exhaust.is better if u buy yy pang or AHM exhaust for ur T135 .. btw yes i already sold my r1 02 then iam waiting for cbr1000 rr but i cant find the cheaper 1 ..so i buy r1 again but this time model 07 XD hehehhehe i will show u bro when i have time ^^ its blck color ^^
