YAMAHAGP RULES AND REGULATIONS
SEPTEMBER 5 2010 SM CITY DAVAO
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ENTRY
1. All rider must pay the corresponding entry fee (150 per category)
2.All riders must sign an application to compete
3. All Riders must wear full leather suit, approved helmet, boots and gloves
4. All riders must sign the organizer’s release waiver
5. All riders must sign the NAMSSA waiver
6. It is compulsory to attend the rider’s briefing
7. Last day of registration will be one day before the event
8. All participants must submit photo copy of driver’s license or any valid ID
BADGES/PADDOCK PASS
1. For security & safety purposes the organizers will implement strict ID system.
2. Only those w/ event ID’s are allowed at the paddock area
AREA RESTRICTIONS
1. Only mechanics are allowed at the scrutineering area.
2. Only those with valid paddock pass are allowed at the paddock area
3. Children below 7 years old and or below 4 feet are not allowed in the paddocks
(riders are exempted)
4. Penalties will be imposed for violators
5. Strictly NO badge NO entry.
THE ORGANIZER STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE FOLLOWING
1. SMOKING, WELDING or any activity that may cause fire or explosion
2. Bringing in of Alcoholic beverages IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
3. People who are under the influence of alcohol and or narcotic drugs
5. Riding or push starting and or riding inside the paddock area IS NOT ALLOWED
6. Firearms and or ammunitions
7. Pets & unauthorized vendors
8. Onboard cameras are not allowed
9. Wearing of inappropriate attire (slippers, sando & short pants)
PENALTIES
1ST OFFENSE Php 500.00
2ND OFFENSE Php 1,500.00
3RD OFFENSE DISQUALIFICATION
“REFUSAL TO PAY PENALTY WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION”
“THE RIDER WILL SHOULDER ALL THE PENALTIES OF HIS CREW AND OR GUESTS”
