i found some spare fender holder..
cut it into half to make it as the tpost stopper.
added marks for welding guide

heres the project tpost
just finished the machining...

Here a bushing is machined to fit the stock fork into this wide tpost.
then a long bolt to will be inserted inside the vertical post.

the original tpost thread is copied into the wide tpost.
also tig welded the turn stopper
