my stock pipe sound like want to explode?????

just happen today n quite sometimes..when i ride my bike at 100++ km/h..n when i release the throttel...n my bike sound like 'BOOM"...just once...1st i just ignore when it sound once or twice..but now..it really concern me..y??what u guys think???my odo 17k++ just change my plug 3 month ago..n i regularly change my oil n oil filter...

maybe it's back firing. that may cause a bang sound.

it has something to do with ur spark plug i guess...

i think traxxas had this problem once before, i think he said it was an air fuel adjustment problem.

A/F mixture too reach n therefore causing the missfire

if it just happens now and you didnt do any mods to your bike..
maybe dirty air filter or dirty carb.

those two can cause changes to air fuel mixture which will cause backfire.

after i had change my spark plug...it did hapen again..but this time..a bit slower sound????y???is it my carb @ air filter dirty???i didnt have time 2 open my bike...is it can harm me and my bike if i just leave it..n i think this weekend i`ll open it???can???

@traxxas...i have mod my bike..but a minor 1..n i still think its stock...hhehehe...sory not 2 mention early...i remove the choke mechanism...cut the stock exhaust manifold n weld it 2 the BM POWER manofold...its slighty bigger than the stock manifold..i change it becoz i didnt like much noise..n lastly i relay the cdi..

i open my carb this mornimg n notice that there is no dirt at all..its clean..n i check the plug..its white...this means that the fuel isn`t enough rite??erm..is it ok if i didnt change the mainjet but i decrease the needle level in the carb??this will giv rite amount of fuel i think???or it just simple set the a/f ????any guys???help...really apprieciete it..thanks

juz set ur A/F mixture, its too lean now... play around wif ur setting n everything will get back to proper condition soon... juz dun let it b prolonged if not ur piston will b black from lack of fuel delivery =)
