need expert in advance settings

brothers need advise, tips and explanations about up/low advance settings for camshaft.i have seen manytimes on how to set change camshaft,valve,block..and now i want to DIY on my bike but i dont have enough knowledge bout this advance settings.. can anyone help or care for some tips or advises.. TIA.. ride safe..

vhads dalhin mo kay jinggoy hehehe, hirap iexplain pag thru typing, basta need to dead top the piston tapos align mo yung sa rotor, then silipin mo yung H and I sa cam wheel tpos advance mo ng isang ngipin, agggghhhhh basta punta ka lang dito, ksi di puede iadvance pag high lift ang cam bka magkiss sila ng piston hehehehe
