Need Help ( About Coolant Goes Down To Reservoir )

papz I'm just confused. w/c of these gaskets are needed to be replaced? I do have a problem too. but it's like the reverse. my reservoir was drained. i asked sir carlo he said it's not normal. I added new coolant if it drained again maybe i need to replace it. thanks

I also experience this prob..we like to think its just the water pump that causing the leak..I just have a doubt coz water pump oil seal replacement cost 1,600 php. So i Check if my Pump is leaking..and i Discover it is not....what causes the leak..is your symptoms; coolant and water over flows in your reservoir and on the mouth of the radiator..if this happens its not likely the oil pump..but a bad head gasket fit..or loose stud bolts..

I had a problem recently, coolant tank was always full and red overheat light would come on, I thought maybe thermostat, took it my mechanic, and when he checked coolant system he found a white sludge in the radiator (possibly from a mixture of different coolants!), he cleaned out the system and checked every thing, put back together and problem is now solved.

hey micco hows your coolant system now? did u notice the bubbles in the coolant reservior tank after hitting 110 kph up speed?mine also have the bubbles on reservior after upgrading to 62mm borekit..

No I don't see any bubbles, It is fine now since mechanic cleaned out radiator and flushed system etc.

no gaskets changed, just flush and cleaned coolant system, I removed thermostat as well (Vietnam is always hot), no problems so far.

Wow..good for u! Mine still on the operating room..still reviving for the high compression to go down..
18 psi if im not mistaken..the safe is 12-13!.do u know ur compression ratio ?

No I don't know what my compression ratio is, maybe some one can tell me? I have Malossi 63mm block and piston with UMA Racing superhead!

you can ask your mechanic about compression ratio tester..its like a gauge..
