so the pink wire that gets grounded, is not the end from the CDI, it's from the Harness?

nope.it from the cdi..
the pink from harness u just tape it to prevent short circuit..

ok, well i did tap the wire from CDI to the ground, and i didn't feel any differance in the ride, and my top speed is still the same.

Dear bro,....

i am confiuse to, because i dont know the type switch on the 2nd gear.
look the wiring, ..."33" netral switch.
switch on 2nd gear(33) what type switch ??? NO(normali open) or NC (normali Close) whice one ??. if the switch is NC the "boster status" still active event 3nd and 4nd gear. but if the switch is NO, i think the "boster status" only working 2nd gear.
i want to tray that trick bro...... but i have to know how they work. :lol:

guys,ive been using this booster mode set for a while now,n its great fo me!No problem!The performance is better than before..Dont worry,it wont short circuit ur cdi..I think i posted a pic of my moded cdi in the pic gallery somewhere,check it out!Hehe

let me get this right...at stock setting,the pink wire just works at '2nd gear' but if grounded(switch ON) the pink wire,our bike are in 'boost mode'..i mean the bike's performance at all gears(1-4)are somewhat increased?if so...im gonna go for it...my CDi is still stock though,i just relayed it directly to battery(mmm..planning to get that REXTOR cdi,have to save some $ first...hehe)

:idea: i have an idea, how bout if the pink cable try to connect with relay where's that relay use 3 connector or 2switch that can be choose with no and nc which the nc will be connect to gear2 and no will connect to gear4 and the center of the switch will be connect with the ping wire cdi.
and as the result by automatically the booster RPM at gear 2 will be use in gear 4 also

is there anyone knows what is the maximum RPM at gear2? :shock:

Hi ,
Just share my experience, had done my TPS adjustment - done setting at 0.77v (before 0.54v) to my 135LC version 2 (Super Sport).
Effect - fuel consumption are more efficient and save $$ too... feel the the acceleration increase but Top speed at the same.

Next Step - the pink wire to ground
