I think it's a front disc rotor, goff.
Maybe you misread RARE as REAR.
Or maybe I'm wrong.
But I really think it's for a front rotor.

you can use a large rotor for the rear. I know of a few big bikes with a 260 rear stock. I even saw a Mio with a 300 on the rear, the caliper just barely missed the rim.
