Hahaha... Is me the newbie again... Ummmm i got 1 question for my LC now.. As i love cornering, my stock footrest always had friction between the ground. My fren ask me to change to rear footrest to prevent accident from happening but there is 3 problem for me.. The 1st prob is my LC is a non-clutch lc, so will it be difficult for me to change gear?? Another 1 is can i change the gear changing method to clutch LC??? The 3rd prob is..... my mum!!! Hahahahaha

shoot the 3rd problem then berry in back yard, then you will have no more problems with changing to a rear set. as for changing an auto to a manuel, don't do it.

P.S. just joking about option 3, Joke Joke lang

@bizzy123
there's no difficulties changing gears wif an autoclutch, i used to use autoclutch wif racing footrest s well n the gear changing method will not change even if u fit in manual clutch unless u change the gearbox s well
@goff_d_p
y u advise not to change auto to manual?

i haven't really heard great things about aftermarket kits. all i said is don't do it. the cost of original parts is high here. it's just my opinion.

bizzy123 is only asking for advise. that's what i would advise.

John, changing the gears with a rear set isn't any different. still the same shifting way. just a different placement of your foot because the foot rest is in a new location.

you stick your toe's under the lever and lift up. as if your riding a big bike, same set up. Try to train yourself on the stock shifting peg, don't use your heal to down shift. just use your toes to down shift and step down to shift into higher gear.

A smart motorcycle driver would think about his safety and not wear sandals or slippers. If you ever fell to the side and slide down the road your feet would get seriously hurt. You should always wear safety shoes, denim jeans and a pair or riding gloves, good quality riding jacket, and lastly a really good helmet!

Life is too short, to ride around unsafe. And if you have a family, you need to think about them and what would happen to them if your dead!
