I admire your guts sir tabi1. haha. :D i for one haven't got the guts to buy/install a modified muffler anymore, 'coz of the unresolved LTO crap recently. I got apprehended coz of my pipe once, and my plate got confiscated. It was a "municipal ordinance" so i didn't react too much against them considering i was dead tired too and just wanted to go home already. Then tomorrow came and with just a phone call, our barangay captain personally fetched my plate from them for free lol. I really want an aftermarket exhaust coz i'm also planning on loading up my bike in the near future, but now i think i'd settle for a "kalkal" pipe coz i still have a stock bike. I'll have one maybe tomorrow when i go to Angeles City for a scheduled visit to my trusted mechanic. And I really hope to see your monster bike there again sometime soon. :thumbsup:

Thanks bro, it's really a pain to deal with the pipe issue in AC. I personally believe these "laws / ordinances" are fundamentally illegal. You can't just tell one they can't have an aftermarket exhaust unless you have some kind of set decibel limit or something that says you are "violating" something. I have said this time and time again, the AC ordinance (as cited on my ticket) says no "modified" exhaust. Modified could mean anything from painting the pipe, making it louder, a whole list of other things can be considered as modified. With that said, what about all the little cars with the super loud exhaust, or the big bikes running around with 4 cylinders and open pipes, they dont stop them, have you noticed that?

Same crap goes for driving around on 4 wheels, i have been waived over by the cops in Manila and i knew it was just cause I was a foreigner. I didnt stop as well although he tapped the side of my car with his hands... He was just wanting Marienda and the last time i checked he wasn't a part of my family so I am pretty sure it's not my responsibility to feed him..................so i kept on rolling, :p

Trust me I come from a strict military life and i respect those in positions of authority, but the problem is there's like maybe 10% of these guys who are actually legit and trying to serve the public and not to have the public serve them.
