*Committees duties and responsibilities:
1. Registration: OIC- Boss Chris & Boss Jay
-posted at the front door. Must have one laptop to use for the registration. Prepare forms to be filled up by SOS Members.
-all members should be Paid before coming in the function room including their other dues including monthly/membership fee and importantly the Atrium fee & SOS 4th anniv. Jacket fee. After which they can receive their 4th SOS Club anniversary jacket and enter the venue.
-all SOS members that are paid will have their raffle numbers as they come in. only SOS members have the raffle number. The companions & aspiring members, etc. has different list and should have no raffle numbers.
-make sure all members are wearing their 4th Anniversary jacket.
- Assign Table arrangements to SOS Seniores/Guests/Sponsors, SOS Manila, SOS Laguna, SOS Carmona, SOS Ladies, SOS new full pledge members, SOS Aspiring Members
2. Sounds and Visuals: Boss Man & Sir Reggie
- Will handle and control the raffle software.
- Provide/ set up projector
- In charge of mobile music/video clips and picture presentations.
3. Receipts and payments: Linjun(Asst.) /OIC-Chrisranger
-collect all the receivables
4. Raffle Prizes & safe keeping: Boss Man & Boss Jay
-designate one place to keep the prizes/ give-aways.
5. Food and Beverages: Sir Speedmaniac & Sir Jun Boral
-make sure right Quantity of foods and beverages is equally served to all.
-only the waiters will give the food portioning: the viands have certain portioning so that all foods and beverages are equally served to everybody. if the members want more. Wait for the 1st batch to finish before going to the buffet line again.
- wait for all to finished getting their foods first before others may come again if they still want to get some more food & beverages.

7. Invitations: Sir Mingo
-finished copies of invitations to be given to our guest
- Do 4th Anniversary Tarpaulin.
8. Function hall in charge: Boss Ted
-in charge on venue related issues
9. Over-all in charge: Boss Marcus & Boss Chowie
- make sure all members of committees are doing their job.
- Assist on event going procedures.
- Welcome & entertain guests and sponsors and assist them on their sit.
Please know your duties and responsibilities on our event
* 5:30PM is the assembly time of the Committees in charge to organize and set up the venue.
* Committees will be having a briefing before the event.
SOS MEMBERS are expected to come 6:30PM onwards
and at exactly 8:00PM the program will start.
