Again, it is time to help the typhoon victims. The least we can give is a bottled water. Contacted Lot's sister who owns a water refilling station, They already hand out at least 100 x 1.5 liters of water. What we need is the bottle only, the purified water will be provided by P-Plus water station

To all the Officers, I need you all to confirm through text so we can release money and hand it out to them so they can but the things needed.

I will be sendting a SMS blast as well. Again, we need to act NOW.

I know most of us have been affected by this calamity, but then again we're fortunate enough to have our family and love ones alive.

Anything that could help, do contact me, you know where to reach me

SOS E.O.P. Minutes & Plan

SOS E.O.P.

SOS: Typhoon Ondoy Project:


1. SOS Volunteers are needed to distribute the relief goods this Thursday. We are still in need of volunteers...

2. A Truck will be provided by Christranger

3. We have decided that 1 pack per person will be given to every Ondoy victim.

1 pack consists of a canned good, 2 packs of noodles, 1kg. Rice and 1 gallon of mineral water. we will add biscuit/crackers if the budget still allows it.

4. We will use a percentage of our fund and the present pledges to afford the cost of this project.

5. Residents of Tumana Area will be the recipients of our relief goods because they are the most greatly affected by the flood.

6. Onsite evalutaion will be conducted by our president at 9am 9/30/09.

7. SOS vounteer responsibilities:

-secure the relief goods at the truck
-distribute relief goods stub to the Ondoy's victims
- put a SOS stamp or mark on Arm after the 1 pack of relief goods has been given and the relief good stub is received.
-organize the line


8. we need a megaphone for the project.please contact pres if you have one.

9. Assembly time will be announced by SOS president
Assembly area will be at Shell J.Vargas on Thursday

10. Mingo - please do 250pcs. of Food stubs that will be distributed on our outreach program.

11. Local Gov't ei: Brgy officials coordination is needed

12. for suggestions and other inquiries regarding this project please contact any SOS officers.
