Sprocket combinations.

current im on 15-40 428, it seems that the bike need a smaller sprocket...15-39 will be great if your bikes still oem setup....thats my 2 cents

i still prefer this 3 setups, for oem bikes like mine, it is good enough for daily riding and highways.....

my suggest it,i wanna use a combi of 14/40..
not bad for accelerate n good in top speed with stock engine mod tyres 80/90 F/R..

my old sprocket set was 14/36T,n yesterday i bought a sprocket set 15/41T..i did it a home last night..i've try change it all but my front sprocket cant install in..its not fit coz i've not enough tools..so,juz change my rear sproc from 36 to 41..its take me to settle it within 4 hours..
change the engine oil,change my disc brake,n hell the tokei coz giving me the local brand brake shoe..shit..gonna claim this evening..n he give me wrong rear brake shoe..so now my sprocket combine is 14/41..its feel like riding a cow..hell yeah..my speedo juz reach to 120 n less..even down hill..so..after finish working diz evening i'll go to bike shop n ask them to install my front sprocket..ARGHH!!

DBS???? what is DBS????

You know Glow, when I first installed the DBS on the Mio but without any tuning, that thing would run so damn fast but would backfire everytime when accelerating and slowing down, but there was no BOOM sound, but just flames popping out regularly from the exhaust

So cool! But I was affraid that it would mess up the engine so got it tuned and silenced the boom sound because Thai road law restricts the loud exhausts on regular bikes.

Can u tell me what is DBS?? u fromThailand is it? I'm from Perlis, just at ur country border, maybe we can meet someday, and discuss more.... I never been to Thailand. I hope I can go to see the Parts over there...

The DBS system is from Thailand, but most systems that you may find may be copies. PM miobikerboys. he can help you out alot. he's a reginal accessories dealer for thialand for many parts. ok? just tell him i sagested you to him.

I've changed my sprocket to a new one..
coz of the prob..then changed new..
now im using 16/41T..
accelerate = POWERFULL
top = unsuccessful...
juz maintain 120-130 Km/h

maybe gonna change to old one but but still using new front sprocket..
so it'll be 16/36..
gonna try it..

maybe u juz use another bike dat lower cc than our bike..
man,im using 16/41 ryte now..n it juz top until 120 Kmh..
but accelerate..its MORE POWERFULL man..any second u got ur 4th gear man..huhu~~
but if u talk about skills,its great to have dat sprocket..
n now..im asking if 16/36 is ok or?

sometimes sprcket combination depends on rider,if the rider are thin and light weight,lower the rear teeth will change a lot,if the rider are 'big' need more teeth but also need to try out all the combinations,so all the srockets combination result may vary rite???? agree with me???

FTD,my sproc now is 16/41,n im losing my top,then how do u think dat 16/42 can give u top at 4th gear..it juz for a fast acceleration..n u can simply do the wheelie..for me..if u looking for top speed..i suggest u 14/36..
damn much speeding it'll give u..im using it before change it to 16/41..so fast man..top with more add acceleration..170..trust me..with stock engine..n my weight is juz aroung 50-60 Kilo G..
