Strange Noice

Just recently has I descovered strange inconsistance "KLOCK KLOCK" noise coming from my engine when I engage N gear...I brought it to the mechanic but he say the noise is from the free gear spinning in the engine that causes the noise...can some one help me with this problem?I always wanted my 135 to be smooth...

bro, that problem is normal. every one has asked about the same problem, it's not going to change. my bike is 2 years old, and it still does it.

i use my bike to go into city to do work...make short trips regulary....sometimes travel long distance...so i'm very concern bout my engine n therefore need a good oil...

last time i saw a hand clutch lc with a very smooth engine...his odo clocked 10,+++km...

btw.......motul 5100 15w-50 or castrol 10w-40 better for malaysian hot weather?

i prefer motul...but if u found selenia...use it...what ever u do...dont use shell..it surely can burn ur clutch..dont beleive..try shell...ahahhaa...i prefer motul..motul is great...try find the full sinthetic..my mec said that..in Malaysia...Petronas Sprinta 5000 is best..its full sinthetic..he said that Sprinta n motul is more alike..peace...

mine i didnt do anything on the valve clearance thing..just leave it like stock...n 4 da carb...u open ur carb..n remove the choke mechanism n polish ur carb like mirror shine...hahaha...it surely give u better acceleration...correct if im wrong...

brand new bike, mine also sound much noiser klok klok klok manual clutch, damn our malaysian yamaha reduce manufacturing cost i think, so quality is out...its different from my auto clutch that i bought in 4th Jan 2007 it more smooth...huhuuhu

yes bro..mine is hand cluth version...now it sound even more strange...when idle...my bike sound "tuck" tuck"...i dunno y??
