synth oil shift

I'm presently breaking in my ride, odo reading at 300k plus, my question is at what mileage can i safely shift to semi or full synth?

i think after your odo's reach 1000km is good,use Motul or whatever brand u think that is best for your bike,but if u can find Royal purple then go for it...worth to try it...
